Air Foyle was a British cargo and charter airline founded in 1978 and headquartered in Luton, United Kingdom. The carrier specialized in heavy-lift and outsized cargo operations, becoming well known for its expertise in handling complex freight logistics and charter missions. Air Foyle became particularly prominent through its long-standing partnership with Antonov Airlines, jointly marketing and operating Antonov An-124 and An-225 heavy-lift freighter aircraft under the brand Air Foyle HeavyLift. This partnership made it one of the leading operators of super-heavy cargo capacity in the world. The airline ceased independent operations in the mid-2000s, with its heavy-lift operations eventually transitioning fully to Antonov Airlines. During its operational years, Air Foyle served a wide range of commercial, humanitarian, and government cargo clients globally.
