Privacy Policy
Effective: February 1, 2026 · Last updated: February 1, 2026
Consolidated Privacy, Cookie and Data-Control notices into one policy. New details on AI processing, location & Guardian features, retention, and how to file a Privacy Request.
This policy explains how My Social Pulse.pro™, an online property of Social Pulse® Inc ("My Social Pulse," "we," "us") handles personal information through the website, My Travel Hub and related installed web app features. Contact support@travelerpulse.pro with the subject "Privacy Request," or use the website's Contact Us form.
This policy covers our handling of information. Independent airlines, hotels, booking sites, financial-product issuers and other external services apply their own policies when you use them. A shared brand or link does not mean private Travel Hub records are automatically shared across other websites.
1. Scope and responsible business
The responsible operator is Social Pulse Inc, 15166 SE Aston Loop, Portland, OR 97236, USA.
2. Information we collect
Account and contact information: details you provide when registering, signing in, requesting support or communicating with us, such as your name, email address, login identifiers and correspondence. Where you use an external sign-in service, we receive the account information you authorize it to provide.
Travel and companion information: information you choose to enter, including itineraries, reservations and confirmation numbers, traveler profiles, preferences, loyalty memberships, emergency contacts, packing lists, notes, trip expenses, receipts and shared household expenses. The information collected depends on the features you use.
Documents and sensitive information: you may choose to store passport and visa details, boarding passes, insurance records, health or vaccination cards and other travel files. These can contain identity numbers, health information, information about children and other sensitive details. Upload only what is needed. Where law requires specific consent for sensitive information, we will request it separately; accepting this policy alone does not supply that consent.
Content and interactions: travel photographs, stories, reviews, complaints, business responses, polls, group-planning activity and AI requests, together with the information you choose to include. Files and photos can contain location metadata, faces, addresses or booking barcodes.
Device and usage information: technical records associated with visiting and using the service, such as IP address, browser and device information, session identifiers, pages or features used, timestamps, errors and security events. Cookies and similar technologies are explained in section 7.
Location: approximate location may be inferred from technical information to show local content. Where a feature requests device location, permission is controlled through your browser or device. Precise location and any sharing of it require the permissions explained for that feature.
Payments: membership or contribution records may include the selected plan, billing contact details, transaction identifiers, payment status and limited payment-method information.
3. Where information comes from and how we use it
Information comes from you, your use of the service, people you authorize to collaborate with you, and providers you choose to connect. If someone adds your details as a companion or emergency contact, you may contact us to ask about those details or request correction or removal, subject to verification and applicable law.
We use information to create and secure accounts; organize trips and records; provide selected AI features; enable authorized collaboration; calculate expenses; deliver requested reminders; process memberships; answer requests; moderate public content; prevent abuse; maintain and improve the service; and comply with legal obligations. Optional marketing and advertising uses are subject to the choices and legal requirements described below.
Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on performing a contract for requested services, compliance with legal obligations, consent for processing that requires it, and legitimate interests such as service security and responding to inquiries where those interests are not overridden by your rights. Sensitive-data processing requires an additional lawful condition where applicable. You may withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing.
4. Private Hub records, sharing and public content
Private Travel Hub information is separate from public community content. We do not automatically turn private documents or trip records into public posts. Access through collaboration features follows the sharing permissions selected for the relevant trip, record or document. Adding someone to a trip does not by itself authorize access to every sensitive record or private profile.
Authorized staff and service providers may access information when necessary to operate, support or secure the service or meet legal obligations, subject to appropriate restrictions. Private does not mean that no authorized operational access is possible, or that the service has been verified as end-to-end encrypted.
Public posts, reviews, complaints and stories may be visible to other users, search engines and visitors. Avoid publishing sensitive information. Removing public content from our service may not remove copies held by other people or search engines.
Review recipients before sharing. Revoking permission prevents further service access within the applicable controls but cannot recall existing downloads, screenshots or forwarded copies. Offline records and device notification previews may remain accessible on your device. Use device locks and clear local copies when appropriate.
5. AI, connected services and location features
When you request an AI function, it may process your prompt and the trip information selected or needed for that function. Sensitive documents must not be sent to AI merely because they are stored in the Hub. We limit AI processing to the information needed for the requested purpose and do not treat uploading private records as permission to train general-purpose AI models.
Any optional use of private records for model training requires a separate, clear choice where permitted by law.
If you connect an email, calendar or another service, the authorization screen must explain the access requested. We use authorized information for the selected function. You can revoke the connection through the available service or provider settings; revocation stops future access but does not necessarily delete information already imported. Request deletion separately if needed.
Use browser/device controls to deny or withdraw location permission. If live location, Guardian or emergency-sharing features are enabled, the feature must identify recipients, scope and duration and provide a way to stop sharing. A family relationship does not automatically authorize tracking another adult. Stopping future sharing does not erase records already received by others.
6. When information is disclosed
We disclose information to the people you authorize; providers supporting functions such as hosting, storage, authentication, payments, communications, AI, analytics and security as applicable; and external businesses when you expressly request a referral, rate inquiry or other transfer. We limit provider access to the relevant purpose and use contractual safeguards where appropriate.
We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to meet a legal requirement, respond to lawful process, prevent fraud or abuse, or protect rights and safety. If a business transfer occurs, relevant information may transfer subject to applicable law and appropriate confidentiality protections; we will provide notice when required.
Private passports, health records, precise itineraries and similar Hub information are not provided to advertisers simply because you use the service. Advertising and affiliate technologies may separately involve identifiers or activity data.
7. Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small browser records. Local storage, pixels and similar technologies can serve related purposes. Depending on the technologies actually deployed, they may support sign-in and security, remember preferences, measure service use, attribute affiliate referrals or personalize advertising. Session records expire when a session ends; persistent records remain until their stated expiry or deletion.
Necessary technologies support functions you request, such as maintaining a secure session. Optional preference, analytics or advertising technologies will use consent where legally required. You can reject optional categories or change your choices without agreeing to unnecessary tracking. Withdrawing consent applies to future consent-based use; clearing browser storage may also be needed to remove existing records.
Browser settings can block or delete cookies and device settings can control permissions. Some essential functions may then stop working. Deleting cookies may reset your saved choices. Where required by applicable law, we honor recognized browser-based opt-out preference signals for the relevant advertising or sale/sharing practices.
External pages and embedded services may collect information according to their own policies. We remain responsible for any consent or disclosures required when such technologies are loaded through our own service. Merely describing cookies here does not itself obtain consent.
8. Retention, deletion and security
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected, the account or feature you use, and legitimate legal, financial, security and dispute-resolution requirements. Retention considers sensitivity, user deletion requests and applicable obligations. Archiving a record is not deletion.
When no longer needed, information is deleted or appropriately de-identified. Restricted backups may retain deleted information until scheduled expiry; retained information must not be reused for unrelated purposes.
We use appropriate technical and organizational safeguards for the information involved. No online service can guarantee absolute security. We will investigate security incidents and provide notifications required by applicable law.
Protect your account and device, avoid posting sensitive records publicly and remove sharing access that is no longer needed. Contact support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
9. Your choices and privacy rights
You can choose what optional information to provide, review sharing permissions, manage available notifications and connected services, and use available account controls to edit or delete records. You can also submit a request to support@travelerpulse.pro with the subject "Privacy Request." Do not send an unredacted passport or other sensitive document in your first email.
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access information, obtain a copy, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, and opt out of covered sale, sharing, targeted advertising or certain profiling. Where applicable, you may limit specified uses of sensitive information, use an authorized agent, appeal a decision or complain to a privacy regulator.
We may verify identity and authority proportionately and request only what is necessary. We respond within applicable legal deadlines. If an exception applies, we will explain it as required by law. We do not unlawfully discriminate against people for exercising privacy rights. To appeal where that right applies, reply to our decision or email support with "Privacy Appeal."
Marketing messages, if offered, include an unsubscribe method. Essential account, transaction and security communications may continue. Canceling marketing or withdrawing optional consent does not itself cancel a membership. Account closure and billing cancellation may require separate requests.
10. Children and family profiles
Family plans may allow an authorized adult to manage a child's traveler profile without a separate child login. Collecting information through an adult does not remove our obligations under children's privacy laws. Adults should supply only necessary information and share it only with authorized recipients.
A parent or legal guardian may contact support to ask about a child's information or request correction or deletion, subject to appropriate verification and legal requirements. If we learn that information was collected without legally required consent, we will take appropriate steps to obtain authorization or delete it.
11. International processing and updates
Your information may be processed outside the country where you live when necessary providers operate elsewhere. Where law requires safeguards for international transfers, we use an appropriate lawful mechanism and make the required information available on request.
We will update this policy as our services or practices change and show the new effective date. Material changes will receive additional notice or consent where required. We will not treat a policy update as permission for an incompatible new use of sensitive information.
