Situk Airport is a small, uncontrolled general aviation airstrip located near Yakutat in southeastern Alaska. It serves the Situk River area, which is renowned among anglers and outdoor enthusiasts for its exceptional steelhead and salmon fishing.
The airport is a basic facility with no commercial airline service, primarily used by small private aircraft, charter floatplanes, and bush planes transporting fishermen and hunters to the surrounding wilderness. It operates under visual flight rules and sees the bulk of its traffic during fishing and hunting seasons.
