Charlot River Airport

Charlot River Airport is a small, uncontrolled aerodrome located in the Charlot River area of Canada, registered under the ICAO identifier CJP9. It serves primarily as a bush or backcountry airstrip supporting local access to a remote area with limited road infrastructure. The airport is typical of many small Canadian registered aerodromes that exist to provide essential air access to communities and resource or recreational areas that would otherwise be difficult to reach. It is not served by scheduled commercial airline service and lacks the facilities associated with larger regional or international airports.
