It's honest, filling food, and exactly what you'd find in a family kitchen a few streets away.

For something a little more familiar to frequent international travelers, there's a small snack counter offering grilled brochettes — skewered beef or goat cooked over charcoal — that fill the terminal with an irresistible smoky aroma. Pair these with a cold Tembo or Primus, two beloved Congolese beers that feel almost mandatory in this part of the country.
