Sauren Airport

Sauren Airport is a small, remote airstrip located in the Sauren area of Papua New Guinea. It serves as a vital access point for local communities in an otherwise difficult-to-reach region, where road infrastructure is limited or nonexistent. The airport primarily supports light aircraft operations, facilitating the movement of passengers, cargo, and medical supplies to and from isolated villages. Mission aviation organizations and regional carriers play an important role in connecting the area to larger population centers.
