The Embraer Legacy 600 is a large-cabin business jet developed by Brazilian manufacturer Embraer, based on the ERJ-135 regional airliner airframe. Introduced in the early 2000s, it was designed to compete in the ultra-long-range business jet segment, offering transcontinental range with a spacious cabin. The Legacy 600 features a stand-up cabin, a fully enclosed lavatory, and can typically seat up to 13 passengers in a comfortable business configuration. Its range allows nonstop flights such as New York to London or São Paulo to Miami without refueling stops. The aircraft proved popular with charter operators, fractional ownership programs, and private buyers worldwide. It was later joined by the refined Legacy 650 variant, which extended range and added other improvements.
