In May 2022, GoAir filed for voluntary insolvency resolution proceedings with the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) in India, citing financial difficulties exacerbated by engine supply issues with Pratt & Whitney and the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. The airline subsequently suspended all flight operations and has not resumed service as of the available knowledge cutoff.
