Air Arabia Egypt is an Egyptian low-cost carrier established as a joint venture between Air Arabia, the Middle East's first and largest budget airline, and Egypt's Tourism Investment Authority. Operating under the Air Arabia brand, it provides affordable air travel to passengers flying to and from Egypt. The airline commenced operations in 2010, initially flying from Cairo International Airport. It later expanded its base to Alexandria's Borg El Arab Airport, offering routes across the Middle East, North Africa, and Europe. As a low-cost carrier, Air Arabia Egypt follows a no-frills business model, offering competitive fares with optional ancillary services. It operates under the Air Arabia group's commercial framework while being registered and operating as an Egyptian entity.
