Amman is the capital city of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, an independent sovereign state. It is not located in Israel, and describing it as such would be factually incorrect and potentially misleading to travelers making real plans — including visa, border crossing, currency, and safety decisions.
Publishing a guide that misattributes Amman to Israel could cause serious practical harm: a traveler arriving expecting Israeli entry procedures, Israeli new shekels, or Israeli consular assistance would find none of those things. Jordan and Israel are distinct countries with separate governments, currencies, border controls, and legal systems.
