Air Sahara was an Indian private airline that operated domestic and limited international services across India. Founded by the Sahara India Pariwar conglomerate, it was one of the early private carriers to challenge the dominance of state-owned Indian Airlines following India's aviation liberalization in the 1990s. The airline flew a mixed fleet of Boeing and Bombardier aircraft, serving major Indian cities and offering a relatively premium domestic product. It was rebranded as JetLite in 2007 after Jet Airways acquired a controlling stake in the carrier. Air Sahara ceased to exist as an independent brand following the Jet Airways takeover, which was completed after prolonged negotiations. JetLite subsequently operated as a low-cost subsidiary before eventually being absorbed further into Jet Airways' operations.

JetLite was a low-cost subsidiary of Jet Airways. It was formerly known as Air Sahara until the buyout by Jet Airways which rebranded the airline as JetLite. On 17 April 2019, JetLite grounded all of its flights and ceased all operations, in tandem with its parent company, Jet Airways.
