The honest advice here is to eat a proper meal in Maun town before you head to the airport — restaurants like Bon Arrivée and the Old Bridge Backpackers offer far more variety and atmosphere. That said, the airport's modest offering is perfectly adequate for a coffee and a bite, and the staff are warm enough to make even a brief stop feel welcoming.
